At SATTIS, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we create. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return process.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if they do not like the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be returned in original condition
  • Original packaging should be included
  • Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.

2. Condition of Returned Product

Returned items should:

  • Not be damaged
  • Not be tampered with
  • Be reasonably unused (minor testing is acceptable for fragrance evaluation)

We reserve the right to decline returns that show excessive use or damage.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method where applicable

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service, as SATTIS is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after 7 days
  • The product is returned in a damaged or heavily used condition
  • Original packaging is missing
